向家坝水电站混凝土生产系统运行监理

针对向家坝水电站混凝土生产系统设备老化、集料运输线路长、高差大等特点,为保证混凝土生产质量和系统运行安全,制订了系统运行管理制度,编制操作规程,加强各岗位人员的技能培训。在生产过程中,对粗骨料质量、混凝土成品料质量和混凝土输送过程中温度进行了监控,并注重对设备的日常维护、保养和对影响安全隐患的危险源进行预控。系统投产运行2 a多来的实践证明,混凝土拌和物和成品质量满足设计要求,系统设备运行正常。

The concrete production system of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station is characterized as aged equipment, long aggre- gate transportation lines and large height difference. In order to ensure the quality of the concrete production and the safety of the operation, the management system and the operation regulations are established for the operation, and the employee training is strengthened as well. In the production process, the quality of coarse material and concrete product are supervised, so is the tem- perature in the transportation process of concrete. The daily maintenance of the equipment and the pre - control of dangerous sources with hidden danger are focused. Two years operation practice shows that the quality of the concrete mixture product meets the design requirement and the operation of the system is normal.
