摘要
在分析旋盖成型工艺的基础上,提出了在注射模脱模机构中应用机电一体化元件替代单一的机械传动零件的方法,以简化模具结构,提高模具使用性能。对模具中采用机电一体化系统的信号采集、信号传递和信号控制元件的功能与应用作了阐述。
Based on analysis on the forming technique of a spiral cover, mechatronic mod- ules instead of single mechanical transmission components were used in the demolding mechanism of an injection mould for improving its operational performance. From the two aspects of function and application, different modules including the acquisition, transmis- sion and control of signals in mechatronic system were also described.
