摘要
分析了传统波导法兰盘连接孔加工钻铰模存在的问题,对传统钻铰模结构进行改进,设计一种弹胀定位芯式钻铰模,提高了波导法兰盘连接孔加工的位置精度,达到了微波整机通讯的技术要求。
To overcome disadvantages in traditional die for processing the connecting hole of waveguide flange, a die for drilling and hinging with elastic-expandable positioning core was developed with which the position precision is improved.
