高速重载齿轮传动多目标优化设计研究 被引量:11

摘要 针对高速重载工况,以齿轮传动的动载系数和齿面接触应力为优化设计目标函数,齿轮基本参数为设计变量,建立了圆柱齿轮传动的多目标优化设计数学模型,分析了设计变量对齿轮传动接触强度和弯曲强度的影响,采用线性加权法求解了齿轮传动的多目标优化问题。结果表明,以动载系数和齿面接触应力为目标函数的多目标优化设计与以最小体积为目标函数的单目标优化设计相比,优化后的动载系数和齿面接触应力更小,达到了减小系统振动和噪声,提高齿轮传动的承载能力的目的,为高速重载齿轮传动设计奠定了基础。 Aiming at high-speed and heavy-duty condition,a multi-objective optimization mathematical model is set up in which the dynamic load coefficient and tooth contact stress of the gear transmission are defined as objective function and the basic gear parameters are regarded as optimization variables. After analyzing the effect of optimization variables on contact stress and bending stress ,a multi-objective optimization problem of the gear transmission with linearity weighted aggregation method is solved.The results show that compared with minimum volume optimization,the dynamic load coefficient and tooth contact stress is smaller,and the purpose of reducing vibration and noise and improving carrying capacity of the gear transmission is achieved,thus the foundation for design of high-speed and heavy-duty gear transmission is laid.
