摘要 活塞是柴油机燃烧室的重要组成部分,是工作条件最恶劣的部件之一。首先对传统的铝硅合金活塞和钢制活塞的热分析进行了研究;其次用有限元法对涂覆有耐热性高的涂层材料的活塞进行了热分析,并研究了涂层对活塞热性能的影响。结果表明,用导热系数小的材料作为涂层材料的活塞,其最高表面温度得到了很大的提高,涂敷涂层的铝硅合金活塞的表面温度提高了约278℃,而涂有涂层的钢制活塞的表面温度则提高了大约240℃,从而使发动机的工作效率提高了。 The piston is an important part of the diesel engine,which is one of the components which work in the worst working conditions.Firstly,the thermal analyses are researched on the traditional diesel pistons which are made of alloy and steel.Secondly,thermal analyses of the pistons coated with material are carried on by a kind of software named ANSYS.A nd how the coated materials have effects to the thermal behaviors of the pistons have been studied.It turns out that the maximum surface temperatures of the pistons ,which coated with low thermal conductivity materials ,have been greatly improved.The temperature of the alloy piston is improved about 278℃ and approximately 240℃ for the steel piston.A nd it improves the working efficieney of the engine.
