摘要
针对某企业EGR阀位置传感器的烧录和检测劳动强度大、效率低和精度低等问题,开发了一套基于微型工业电脑和PLC的自动烧录和检测设备。首先分别从系统机械结构设计和系统控制方案两个个方面介绍了系统的基本结构和工作原理。然后,通过系统功能的需求分析以及烧录和检测控制方案的设计,采用VB.NET语言进行软件系统各功能模块的设计。通过统计软件MINITAB对测试数据的分析,得出了该设备的过程能力指数,实现了对设备工作状态的监控。实践表明,设备运行良好,烧录、检测精确,产品合格率高。
In the process of burning and detecting for EGR valve position sensor, the tntenstty of tabor is high, the efficiency and accuracy are low.Therefore ,according to industrial microcomputer and PLC, the automatic equipment for burning and detecting is developed.The system composition and working principle are introduced,as well as mechanical design and system control scheme.According to the analysis of fimctional requirements ,the software of system is designed by VB.NET.Process capability index of the equipment is calculated and the monitor for the status of equipment is carried out based on the analysis of test data by using MINITAB.Practice shows that the equipment goes well,precision of burning and detecting is rather accurate ,and the qualification rate of product is improved greatly.
