摘要
为提高磁流变抛光循环系统流量稳定性,建立了三种磁流变抛光循环系统用离心泵模型;应用Fluent软件,采用Mixture多相流模型,对这些模型内部磁流变液流场进行了数值分析,并依据数值分析结果,预测了离心泵的扬程及其输出流量稳定性;同时,对这三种离心泵模型进行了实验研究。预测结果与实验结果对比表明:预测结果和实验结果间的最大误差<20%;叶轮与环形压边压水室的耦合模型具有满足设计要求的扬程和较好的流量稳定性,是三种设计模型中的最优模型。
In order to meliorate the stability of the flux in MRF (magnetorheological finishing)circle system, three different centrifugal pump models were introduced.Using fluent software and mixture model, magnetorheological-fluid flow patterns inside the centrifugal pump were analyzed.Then the performances of these models under the magnetorheological-fluid were prognosticated.After that,the experiment was adopted to validate the numerical analysis.The result indicates that the maximum error between the prediction and the experiment is less than 20%;the centrifugal pump model formed by the impeller and the annularity has better stability and acceptable head,it is the best of these centrifugal pump models.
