摘要
在汽车冲压件生产过程中,U型冲压件弯曲回弹是弯曲工艺研究重点内容,金属板材在弯曲成型过程中,取得塑性变形的同时总是伴随着回弹变形。当弯曲变形加工结束后,卸掉冲压件载荷时,取出弯曲件就会发现产生弹性恢复,其弯曲角度和外形尺寸都发生与施加载荷变形方向相反的变化,使弯曲件几何精度受到损害,形成U形弯曲件产生较难解决的回弹问题。通过分析金属板材弯曲回弹的现象、影响因素,总结了控制弯曲回弹的具体措施。
During the manufacturing of the automobile punching parts ;U-stamping parts springback is one of the important issues in the bending technique study.In special,during bending forming of the metal parts ,plastic deformation is accompanied by the springback deformation. After the bending deformation of the parts is completed and the load is removed from the parts ,springback phenomenon is occurred when taking out the bending parts ,and bending angle and contour are changed along with the opposite direction of deformation,making geometry accuracy of the bending parts reduced and forming the springback problem difficulty resolved during the U-bending parts manufacturing.The concrete precautions of the bending springback control including the phenomenon and the influencing factors are presented.
