闭挤式精冲件表面耐磨性实验分析

摘要 为了研究闭挤式精冲件表面耐磨性能,采用往复摩擦实验将闭挤式精冲件与具有表面同等粗糙度的车削件进行了耐磨性对比分析,并采用SEM、EDS分析了磨损表面的形貌、成分,探讨了闭挤式精冲件表面的磨损机制。结果表明,闭挤式精冲件在磨损跑和阶段和稳定磨损阶段其耐磨性能均好于车削件,闭挤式精冲加工大大提高了工件的表面耐磨性;闭挤式精冲件在磨损试验早期,磨损形式主要是粘着磨损和磨粒磨损,而随着实验的进行,磨损形式转变为粘着磨损和疲劳磨损。 In order to research the surface wear resistance of closed extruding fine blanking parts,a reciprocating friction test is made ,and wear resistance comparative analysis between closed extruding fine blanking parts and turning parts which have the same surface roughness is also carried out,and wear surface morphology and composition through SEM and EDS is analyzed,with the study of wear mechanism of closed extrudingfine blanking parts surface. The results show that in the running wear stage and stable wear stage the wear resistance of closed extruding fine blanking parts is better than turning parts ,and closed extruding fine blanking process has greatly improved the surface wear resistance.In the early time of wear test of extrudingfine blanking parts ,wear forms are adhesive wear and abrasive wear,but with the experiment proceeding,the wear forms turns into adhesive wear and fatigue wear.
