摘要 产品方案设计中存在大量的设计实例和设计经验,通过数据挖掘可获得蕴含的关联规则知识。在关联规则重用过程中,针对传统规则推理方法在模糊推理方面的不足,引入了可拓学的基元理论和可拓集理论,对产品方案设计中的设计要求和关联规则建立了形式化和定量化的基元模型,给出了一种基于关联函数的关联规则匹配算法,并对关联度规范公式进行了改进,从而建立了基于可拓关联规则的方案推理模型。最后以大型水轮机的选型方案设计为例验证了该推理模型的可行性和有效性。 Association rule knowledge can be obtained by data mining from mass design cases and experiences existing in product scheme design.In the process of association rule reuse ,according to the limitation of traditional RBR in fuzzy reasoning, basic element theory and extension set theory in extension theory were introduced,and formal and quantitative basic element models of design requirements and association rules in product scheme design were established.A matching algorithm of association rule was given based on dependent function ,and the criterion formula of relational degree was improved,then the scheme reasoning model based on extension association rule reasoning was established.Finally,the feasibility and ef- ficiency of the reasoning model was verified by an example of large-scale hydraulic turbine scheme design.
