摘要
针对数控设备的智能故障诊断的概念,通过高级编程语言(Delphi 7.0)调用DOM根据故障案例自动创建XML文档,利用XML进行案例的存储、检索,通过解析XML文档获取存储在XML文档节点中故障现象的描述,从而实现基于CBR的智能故障诊断推理。通过设计XMLSchema文档,规范了案例信息的输入,方便了实例的存储。这种方法实现了将故障案例的数据存储在XML文档中,而XML文档具有数据量小和通用性强的特点,为实现数据交换和信息集成提供了方便,为进一步的网络化传输奠定了基础。
To take the concept of intelligent diagnosis of numerical equipment,the use of DOM is used to create XML document automatically according to fault cases by using Advanced Program Language (Delphi 7.0),then it is analyzed and the descriptions of the fault is got which live on the node ofXML document, through case storage and retrieval of XML, realizing the intelligent fault diagnos is reasoning Based on CBR.It standardizes the input of case information to facilitate the storage of the instance through the design of XML Schema document.The measure achieves the storage of the fault cases into the XML neutral document,which has the advantage of small data quantity and strong generality making it easy to exchange and transmit,providing a new way of data exchange and information integration and laying the foundation for further network transmission.
