摘要 天车作业调度对合理配置生产资源、协同设备作业、匹配生产组织起着关键作用,是降低物流成本、提高生产效率的重要措施。通过分析炼钢-连铸工艺流程和天车作业调度中存在的约束条件,提出了一种基于优先级的天车作业调度规则,该规则包含了天车运行前的起吊任务分配规则、运行中的冲突消解规则和运行后的任务结束规则三部分;基于该规则建立了某钢厂天车调度仿真模型实例,结合模糊评判体系整体评价了仿真模型的综合性能,结果表明模型中天车调度规则的有效可行。 Crane scheduling plays a key role in allocating resources reasonably,cooperating equip- ment operation, and matching production organization, and it is also the important measure to reduce logistics cost, improve production efficiency.Based on analysis of constraints existing in crane scheduling and limits during steelmaking and continuous casting process, a rule-based scheduling method of crane operation is put forward.The method includes three parts :hoisting task allocation rule before cranes run; conflict operation;task ending rule after operation.We also evaluate the comprehensive performance of crane scheduling with model fuzzy evaluation system,and discuss validity and a practical availability of these rules used in crane scheduling of simulation model for a steel making process.
