摘要 近年来,电子标签技术在现代化仓库管理中获得大量的成功应用。研究了现代物流环境下基于电子标签的拣货系统的工作原理及分拣系统的硬件组成结构,基于摘取式和播种式两种货品分拣模式,分析设计了分拣系统的基础数据管理、订单制订、订单执行与控制以及库存补货、盘点作业、库位报警在内的功能模型和数据库模型,最后基于VB与Oracle数据库实现了分拣系统。实践证明该拣货系统能有效的进行货品分拣管理、订单管理与控制,提高货品分拣的效率,降低库存管理的成本。 In recent years ,it has already acquired a great deal of successful application in warehouse management by using the electronic tagging technique.It researches the principles of electronic tagging picking system and the hardware structure of picking system based on electronic tagging under the modern logistics environment. It analyzes and designs the functions model and database model based on digital picking system (DPS) ,digital assorting system (DAS) ,including the base data management,order making, order execution and controls, stock replenishment, stock-taking and inventory alarm of digital picking system.Finally,it realizes the picking system with VB technology and oracle database.It proves that the picking system can promote the efficiency of picking management,order management and order controls,and can decrease the cost of warehouse management.
