恒温样品室温度场的影响因素分析及优化设计

摘要 恒温样品室的温度稳定性和均匀性是影响干式化学分析仪检测结果的重要因素。通过ANSYS软件,分别对目标区域平均温度和温度均方差进行单因素分析,并采用多元线性回归方法得到相应的数学模型,揭示了各个因素与温度场分布的内在规律。以目标区域的温度均方差为约束条件,以最小质量为优化目标,进行恒温样品室的优化设计。结果表明,该数学模型可以真实反映温度场分布特性与各个设计参数之间的关系,基于first-order方法的优化设计可以在满足温度场分布的要求下实现轻量化设计,为改善结构热性能提供了依据。 The temperature stability and uniformity of constant temperature sample chamber is an important factor influencing the test result of dry chemical analyzer.Single factor analysis of average temperature and temperature variance of the target zone respectively is carried on through ANSYS software. The corresponding mathematical model is obtained by the multi-dimensional linear regression method and reveals the inherent relationship between each factor and the temperature field distribution.With the temperature standard deviation of the target area for the constraint and minimum quality for the optimization goal,optimization design of temperature sample chamber is conducted.The results show that the mathematical model can be a true reflection of the relationship between the temperature distribution characteristics and the various design parameters ,and light-weight deSign based on the first -order method can meet the requirements of temperature distribution.It provides the basis for the improvement of structure thermal properties.
