MPS中速磨煤机调试运行问题分析与处理

Analysis and Disposition of Problems in Debugging and Running Operation for MPS Type Medium Speed Mill

MPS中速磨煤机在机组启动调试、运行中出现振动、漏粉、堵煤、拉杆、磨辊与加压架连接螺栓断裂等问题,甚至导致机组无法运行被迫停运检修。分析表明:媒质不好、磨碗平整度太差、对中偏差大等引起振动,振动引起拉杆、连接螺栓断裂。密封风压偏低,磨煤机长期运行及其振动等引起漏粉,振动漏粉等造成堵煤。针对上述现象采取了加装金属波纹节、限位块、改造拉杆等措施,使问题得以解决。从试运过程看效果良好,为磨煤机的稳定运行提供了保障。

PrOblems often occurred in the starting debugging and running operation of MPS212 medium speed mills ,such as vibration, coal blockage and leakage of pulverized coal etc ,resulting in the unit being can not operate and having to stop repairing.A nalysis shows that the vibration is related to coal quality, mill bowls and deviation from the middle etc ;the coal blockage in medium speed coal mills and leakage of pulverized coal are caused by small seal airflow rate ,long time operating and vibration.For these problems the installing of metal corrugation joint and limiting the space lump and reforming pull rod and so other methods are used.A fier implementation,very good effect has been obtained for debuging operation, ensuring stable operation of the coal mills.
