摘要 介绍了布勒公司的SSP工艺,对该工艺存在的问题如预热器结块,反应器震动等进行了分析,并提出了解决方案。通过安装震击器可以有效解决预热器结块问题。通过降低产量,使切片的平均流动速度小于27 mm/min来减少反应器震动,尝试改变切片颗粒形状以改善震动幅度,反应器的承重大梁设计要考虑动负载并放大余量,提高抗震能力。 The SSP technology of BULER Company was introduced, The existing problems of BULER process such as preheater caking and reactor vibration were analysed. The solutions were put forward. By installation jar, the pre-heater caking problem can be effectively solved. By reducing the output so that the chip average flow velocity less than 27 mm/min to decrease the reactor vibration. Trying to change the chip particle shape to improve the vibration amplitude. The design of reactor bearing beam should consider the moving load and amplify the margin to increase the seismic capacity.
