摘要
对横向拉伸工艺进行了介绍,对它对PET薄膜透明度的影响进行了详尽的分析。指出高透明PET薄膜生产的最佳横向拉伸工艺为拉伸温度90℃,热定型温度230℃,冷却温度40℃。
The transverse tensile process was introduced. The effect of transverse tensi!e process on PET film trans parency was analysed in detail. It was pointed out that the optimum transverse tensile process of high transparency PET film production was the drawing temperature at 90 ℃, the heat setting temperature at 230 ℃, the cooling tem-perature at 40 ℃.
