通过对年产18万t PET装置上使用的带切断阀的椭圆齿轮流量计的原理分析,提出并解决了由于供电模块故障导致流量计不能使用的问题。所设计的新供电方案避免了采购原装备件周期长、费用高,影响生产的问题,为进口设备备件国产化做了有益的尝试。

By analysis of the principle of elliptic gear flow meter with cut off value used in 18 × 10^4 t/a PET plant, the problems that the flow meter cani be used because of the power supply module fault were put forward and solved. The designed new power supply plan avoided the problems of long period, high cost, affected production of purchasing orig-inal packaging spare parts, provided helpful attempt for the home made of imported equipment spare parts.
