Control of Redox Atmosphere at Low Content of Glauber's Salt

阐述了芒硝澄清机理,并结合企业生产实际,分析了芒硝含率、碳粉含率与小炉火焰气氛之间的关系。提出必须随着芒硝含率的变化,及时调整玻璃熔制的氧化还原气氛。

The relationship among content of Glauber＇s salt , percentage of powder carbon and flame atmosphere of port was analyzed in connection with practice. It is pointed out that the redox atmosphere for glass melting must be adjusted in time with the variation of content of Glauber＇s salt in order to refine glass melt well.
