摘要
本调试针对BOTTERO冷端生产线主线传动速度进行,根据对跑片率、落板率、是否需要降低产量及检修时间等各项生产指标的影响,得出如下最适宜传送速度,即在700t/d熔化能力条件下,玻璃规格L×W=(1650×2)×2250mm,传动速度为63m/min;玻璃规格L×W=(2000×2)×1500mm,传动速度为66m/min;在750t/d熔化能力条件下,玻璃规格L×W=(1650×2)×2250mm,传动速度为69m/min;玻璃规格L×W=(2000×2)×1500mm,传动速度为72m/min。
The speed of transmission rollers on BOTTERO cold-end was adjusted. By taking account of the following factors , off-track degree and fall-down rate of the glass sheet ,whether it needs to reduce yield, whether it needs time for repairing, optimal transmission speed were obtained as follows : the transmission speed should be at 63 m/min for melting capacity of 700t/d and sheet dimension of L×W= ( 1650×2 ) ×2250 mm, 66 m/min for melting capacity of 700t/d and sheet dimension of L×W= ( 2000×2 ) ×1500 mm, 69 m/min for melting capacity of 750t/d and sheet dimension of L×W= ( 1 650×2 ) ×2 250 mm, 72 m/min for melting capacity of 750t/d and sheet dimension of L×W= ( 2000×2 ) × 1500 mm.
