摘要
该文考查各分离介质的几个主要性能指标,选定国产001×4强酸性离子交换树脂钙型作为分离果糖与葡萄酸的分离介质。在长径比为25的层析柱上,以正交实验确定最佳的色层分离工艺,其分离度Rf达到0.87。实验结果经离子色谱鉴定:富含果糖部分的纯度达95.57%,得率96.11%,富含葡萄糖酸纯度达91.90%,得率97.86%。因而本文从理论上和实验上论证了氧化──色层法分离果葡糖浆中的果糖和葡萄糖,是一种效益明显,切实可行的分离工艺。
The domestic product 001×4 strong acid ion exchange resin type Ca was chosen as the medium separating the fructose and gluconic acid after the several main functional indexes were tested. By chromatographic column of length and diameter ratio 25, the optical chromatographic technology was determined by positive cross test,and its separating degree Rf is up to 0. 87. The testing results were identified by the ion chromatography. The results showed the purity of one part containing plentiful fructose was up to 95.57%, and its rate of recovery was 96.11 %, the purity of another part containing plentiful gluconic acid,with it producting the fructose derivative,was up to 91.90%,and its rate of recovery was 97. 86%.Thereby, based on the two hands: theory and experiment, this paper demonstrated oxidation-chromatography, separating fructose and glucose from their syrup,was a kind of separating technology which had obvious economic benefit but was practicable.
