教学技能是中小学教师必须具备的基本技能,也是面向义务教育师范生必须掌握的技能,本研究在开展中小学教师和师范生对教学技能的态度及其对教学技能的掌握程度调查的基础上,提出提高中小学教师和师范生教学技能的根本保证在于建立完善的制度。

Teaching skills are the basic professional skills for primary and secondary school teachers and normal education students. On the basis of carrying out surveys on the attitude and mastery status of teaching skills among primary and secondary school teachers＇ and normal education students, the paper proposes that the key of improving their teaching skills is to establish a sound system.
