全球经济危机背景下中国经济发展方式转变的目标模式研究

2008年全球金融危机的余波还未平息,2009年欧债危机又接踵而来,世界经济步入下行通道。中国国内经济发展不平衡也日益加剧,环境恶化、资源匮乏、贫富差距、民生问题日益凸显,中国经济发展面临着内外双重压力。在严峻的国际国内经济环境中,中国国民经济和社会发展"十二五"规划纲要确立了以科学发展为主题,以加快转变经济发展方式为主线的未来经济发展战略。但是,经济发展方式转变的具体目标是什么,目前的认识还很模糊,面临当前国际及国内严峻的经济环境,进一步明确中国经济发展方式转变的目标模式是需要我们进一步研究的重要课题。

In 2008 the fallout from the global financial crisis has not yet subsided,the European debt crisis follow close on succession in 2009.The world economy into the downlink channel.Chinas economic development imbalance is also growing.The deterioration of the environment,lack of resources,the gap between rich and poor,peoples livelihood problem become worse.Chinas economic development is faced with internal and external pressures.In the severe domestic and international economic environment,China national economic and social development during ＂Twelfth Five＂ plan establish a scientific development as the theme,in order to speed up the transformation of economic development as the main line of the future economic development strategy.What the specific target of the transforming the pattern of economic development is still very fuzzy at present.Faced with the current international and domestic economic environment,it is the important topic to further research to further clarify the Chinese economic development mode transition of target mode.
