摘要
高校人才作为教学及科研的主力军和高校最重要的资源之一,其组织承诺的高低反映了其工作态度、工作绩效和去留倾向,直接影响着教育教学、科学创新的效果和高校的整体绩效水平,是高等教育事业成功最重要的因素之一。本文基于我国高校人才的组织承诺模型,对人才的绩效行为及形成机理进行了探讨,以为高校人才绩效评价工作提供依据。
University talents are the mainstay of teaching and scientific research of colleges and universities,one of the most important resources.University talents of organizational commitment decided their work attitude and working performance and future tendency,affected education teaching,scientific innovation effect and the overall performance of the university level.The higher education career success depends on such an important factors.Based on the organizational commitment university talents in China on the talent performance model,behavior and forming mechanism were discussed for university talents and performance evaluation,provides the basis.
