摘要
在灵活雇佣方式被大多数企业认同并纳入到整体雇佣策略过程中,明确灵活雇佣的优势和适用范围有利于企业灵活雇佣策略的实施。文章认为,如何提升灵活雇员的企业归属感、对灵活雇员进行职业生涯管理和选择第三方派遣服务机构是企业灵活雇佣方式面临的主要挑战。
As a new type of employment, flexible employment developed rapidly in China. It has become a practical research topic of the managerial domain, clearing the advantages and applicability of the flexible employment is helpful to the implement of the strategy Of flexible employment. How to improve the flexible employees' sense of belonging, manage their occupation career and select a perfect third -party dispatch service agencies is the main challenges which the flexible employment is facing.
