我国城镇居家养老模式的现状与对策研究

The Study on Aged-at Home in Urban Cities in China

居家养老是传统的家庭养老和社区养老相结合的新型养老模式,具有促进家庭和谐、保障老年人生活、吸纳就业等多重优势。目前我国城镇实行的居家养老模式存在着筹资渠道单一、服务机构单一、从业人员水平较低、老年服务得不到有效保障等问题。文章认为,引进竞争机制使无偿服务和有偿服务有机结合、构建社会保险型筹资模式,不断完善服务监督机制和进一步提高从业人员水平将成为我国城镇居家养老模式可持续发展的有效对策。

Aged - at Home is a new pension model combined the traditional family support and community care. It has to promote family harmony, to protect the lives of older persons, creating jobs and other multiple advantages. It is important to promote the improvement of Aged - at home model by analyzing the status quo and problems of the Aged - at home model in some regions of China, and put forward relevant suggestions.
