安徽高职学生职业礼仪教育现状实证分析

Empirical Analysis of the Professional Etiquette Education for Higher Vocational College Students in Anhui

从实证研究的角度出发,通过问卷调查与个别访谈等相结合,对安徽省示范性高职院校的职业礼仪教育现状进行带调查,结果显示:现有职业礼仪教育目标比较模糊、观念相对滞后、教育效果不甚明显等。要改变这种状态,必须转变思想观念,积极构建高职学生职业礼仪养成的师资队伍;注重积极引导,努力开拓高职学生职业礼仪教育途径;努力搭建平台,积极实现高职学生职业礼仪养成的实践创新;注重合力作用,不断丰富高职学生职业礼仪教育的人文营养。

From the point of empirical study, through questionnaire and individual interviews, a survey is conducted concerning the professional etiquette education in the demonstrating vocational colleges in Anhui Province. The results show that： the current educational objectives are vague and backward, and the teaching effect is not obvious. It is suggested to change the mind, build the teachers team, instruct actively and explore the teaching approaches, build a platform to realize practical innovation, and enrich the professional etiquette education in a humanistic way.
