腰脊神经后内侧支阻滞配合手法治疗腰椎小关节综合征40例疗效分析

The analysis of lumbar nerve after medial branch block with manipulation in the treatment of 40 cases of lumbar facet joint syndrome

目的:观察腰脊神经后内侧支阻滞配合手法治疗腰椎小关节综合征的临床效果。方法:随机选取40例临床诊断腰椎小关节综合症患者,以相应上关节突与横突根部交界处为靶点行患侧脊神经后内侧支阻滞。用药为0.25%盐酸利多卡因(内含醋酸泼尼松龙25mg+腺苷钴胺1.5mg),然后行手法治疗。结果:25例经1个疗程治愈;另7例经2个疗程治愈;其余8例经2个疗程好转。结论:腰脊神经后内侧支阻滞配合手法治疗腰椎小关节综合征效果良好、持久,操作简便,副作用小。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of lumbar nerve after medial branch block with manipulation in the treatment of lumbar facet joint syndrome. Methods： Randomly selected 40 patients with clinical diagnosis of lumbar facet joint syndrome, patients, the medial branch block ipsi- lateral spinal nerve corresponding superior facet and transverse process of the roots at the junction of the target line. Medication for the 0.25% lidocaine hydrochloride （containing prednisolone acetate 25mg ＋ adenosine cobalt amine 1.5mg） and then underwent manual therapy. Results： 25 cases cured by a course of treatment; another seven cases cured by two courses; the remaining eight cases improved by the two courses. Conclusion：The effect of lumbar nerve after medial branch block with manipulation in the treatment of lumbar facet joint syndrome is good,lasting,easy to operate,side effects.
