臭氧妇科治疗仪联合药物治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察联合应用臭氧妇科治疗仪及克霉唑阴道片治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效。方法:门诊病原学诊断为外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病220例,随机分为观察组和对照组各110例。对照组采用克霉唑阴道片治疗,观察组加用臭氧妇科治疗仪治疗。比较两组的治愈率和有效率。结果:观察组痊愈率81.8%,总有效率95.5%;对照组痊愈率66.4%,总有效率83.6%。观察组痊愈率、总有效率均优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:臭氧妇科治疗仪及克霉唑阴道片联合治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病疗效显著,操作简单安全,无创伤,无毒副作用,治疗费用低,患者易接受,值得临床推广使用。
