摘要
以花后不同天数的木纳格葡萄败育型胚珠为试材,研究接种时期、基本培养基种类、不同激素、胚珠处理方式以及活性炭浓度对胚挽救中木纳格葡萄胚萌发的影响。结果表明,木纳格葡萄在开花后第40天是胚挽救的最佳时期,胚萌发率可高达76.8%。对胚珠进行横切处理,在6-BA 1.0mg/L,GA30.2mg/L,IBA 1.0mg/L,活性炭0.5g/L的Nitsch培养基中,木纳格葡萄胚萌发率最高。
The abortive ovule of Munake grape after anthesis different days were used as experimental materials to study the effects of inoculation period, basic culture medium, different hormone, ovule treat- ment as well as different concentration of active carbon on embryo germination in embryo rescue of Mu- nake grape. The result showed that 40th day after anthesis of Munake grade was the best period of embryo rescue, percentage of embryos germination can be as high as 76.8%. Cross-section processing of ovule, Nitsch medium supplements with 1.0 mg/L 6-BA,0.2 mg/L GAa ,1.0 mg/L IBA and 0.5 g/L AC were suitable for embryo rescue,the percentage of embryo germination of Munake grape was the highest.
