基于介电特性的宁夏灵武长枣内部品质检测方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了探索灵武长枣内在品质及贮藏特性与介电参数之间的相关性,依据介电特性检测原理,构建了无损检测系统,对电学检测的频率特性和电压特性进行初步研究,测量了长枣糖酸度及贮藏过程中品质变化相关的介电参数,包括等效阻抗、串联等效电阻、损耗系数、串联等效静电容量、导纳等,并对测量数据用Excel进行分析和曲线拟合。结果表明,串联等效电阻随糖度的增加呈下降趋势,串联等效静电容量与导纳随酸度的上升分别呈下降和上升趋势,糖、酸度变化与介电参数存在一定的相关性,但趋势方程预测精度不高;随着枣果贮藏新鲜度的降低,损耗系数和导纳均呈下降趋势,并具有显著相关性。 In order to discuss the relationships between inner quality and storage characteristics of Lingwu long-jujube based on the detection principle of dielectric properties, Constructing the nondestructive test system then researching the frequency characteristics and voltage characteristic and measure dielectric pa- rameters related with sugar acidity and store process quality changes of long-jujube, which contains equiva- lent impedance, series resistor, loss coefficient, series equivalent electrostatic capacity, admittance etc. , and analysis and curve fitting the measurement data with Excel software. The results show that series resistor decreases with the sugar degree increasing, series equivalent electrostatic capacity and admittance admit- tance decreases and increases with increase of aridity, there are certain correlations between sugar acidity and dielectric parameters, but the prediction accuracy of the trending equation is lower, along with the freshness reducing for jujube storage,the loss coefficient and admittance admittance 60th decrease and have significant correlation.
