在新的历史条件下,高职院校要努力克服学生在校时间短、党务工作者专职化水平低、学生思想日趋复杂化等难点,立足高职院校学生党建工作特点,通过紧扣时代脉络,贴近学生特点,围绕专业特色,创造性地开展党建工作,发挥好"思想引领、文化传承、专业服务、创先争优"四面旗帜的作用,不断提升学生党建科学化水平。
