摘要
以典型塑料件为载体,按照塑料件与模具类型构建了该课程的学习情境,设计了实例引导,行动导向的教学模式,制定了强化能力、过程考核的考核办法,开发建设基于工作过程的《塑料模具设计与制作》教材,使学生能更好地了解和学习塑料模设计与制作的方法,将理论与实践相结合,提高了学生解决问题的能力。
It is of great necessity to develop the new teaching materials. Taking the typical plastic mold as carrier, the new teaching material constructs the learning environment according to the types of plastic parts and mold, designs the examples and activity-oriented materials, devises the appraising methods which emphasize ability and process. The teaching materials of "Plastic Mold Design and Production" de- veloped based on working process can help students better understand and learn the methods of plastic mold's design and production, combining the theory with practice to improve the students' ability to solve problems.
