利用可编程逻辑器件设计了一个16×16的LED点阵显示系统,通过设计VHDL程序从EEPROM(AT28C64)中取出相应的汉字代码,经过FPGA处理后,送给LED点阵显示,在相应电路控制下,能够变换不同的汉字。具有广泛的应用价值。
