On the Three Times Exploration in Gao Xiaosheng's Literary Creation

高晓声因"探求者事件"而祸起萧墙,但他并未因之而却步,纵观其一生的文学创作,贯穿如一的恰恰是"探求"二字。在创作形式上,不断吸收和借鉴西方文艺创作经验,如现代主义、意识流等,堪称那一代作家中的先锋人物;在作品内容上,他通过自身的生活体验和独到的观察,努力挖掘人性,揭露人的灵魂,以一个个鲜明的人物形象丰富了中国新文学史。

Trouble breaks out at home to Gao Xiaosheng because of ＂The Explorer Event＂, but this doesn~ t make him step back. Making a general survey, the word ＂Explore＂ can always describe his lifetime of lit- erary creation precisely. In the creation of form, he assimilates and learns from the experience of the West- ern literary and artistic creation, for instance, modernism, stream of consciousness. He is called the pio- neer in that generation. In the content of work, he endeavors to tap human nature, reveals the human soul, and enriches the literary history with distinctive characters through his own experience and unique observation.
