摘要
以人事代理、劳务派遣、非全日制用工等方式使用的非在编人员是当前高校建设发展中的一支重要队伍。使用非在编人员从事高校工作在取得成效的同时也存在着不容忽视的问题,对这些问题进行深入的剖析,并提出有针对性的对策,有助于更好地发挥非在编人员的作用,促进高校事业的进一步发展。
Personnel agency, the dispatch, part-time employment and other ways to use non-permanent staff is an important team of the University in the construction and development. Use of non-permanent staff engaged in the work of the institutions of higher learning, while success there can not be ignored. In- depth analysis of these issues, and raised the targeted response, contribute to a better play the role of the non- permanent staff, promote the further development of university career.
