围绝经期妇女“亚健康”状态常见证素与性激素、血液生化的相关性研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨围绝经期妇女"亚健康"状态证素与性激素、血液生化的相关性。方法:选择300例体检者作为观察对象,采用"证素辨证"及积分的方法进行计算,观察常见证素阴虚、痰湿、气滞与性激素、血液生化指标之间的关系。结果:1)黄体生成素(LH)、甘油三脂(TG)与痰湿相关;雌二醇(E2)、尿素氮与肌酐之比(BUN/CREA)与阴虚相关;雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)与气滞相关。2)痰湿、阴虚、气滞各等级间比较差异非常显著(P<0.01),而检测的LH、FSH、TG、BUN/CREA、HDL-C五项指标在三组之间数值均表现为:2级>1级>0级,E2表现为0级>1级>2级,经显著性检验,有统计学意义。结论:性激素、血液生化可能是围绝经期妇女"亚健康"状态证素存在的生化基础;性激素、血液生化水平与相关证素的变化存在关系,并且呈一定的对应性。 Objective: To investigate the relerance of perimenopausal women" sub -health" state to hormone and sex hor- mone, blood biochemistry. Methods: 300 cases of examination as observation objects, using" syndrome differentiation" and the integral method, observation of common syndrome factor deficiency, phlegm, Qi stagnation and sex hormones,biochemical index of blood relationship. Results:l )The luteinizing hormone( LH), glycerin three greases (TG) associ- ated with phlegm; estradiol (E2), blood urea nitrogen and creatinine ratio (BUN / CREA) and yin deficiency related; estradiol (E2 ), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), high density lipoprotein (HDL -C) and qi stagnation and related. 2) Deficiency, stagnation of phlegm, each grade difference was very significant ( P 〈 0.01 ), and we detected by LH, FSH, TG, BUN/CREA, HDL - C five indexes in the three groups of numerical showed : Level 2 〉 Level 1 〉 Level 0, E2 Level 0 〉 Level 1 〉 level 2, after the test of significance, with statistical significance. Conclusion : Sex hormones, bi- ochemical blood may be perimenopausal women" sub - health" state of existence of the biochemical basis of syndrome ; sex hormones, blood biochemistry level and related to hormone changes in the presence of relationship, and a certain correspondence.
