摘要
目的:分离、鉴定八仙花提取物中的酚酸类化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱、ODS开放柱和制备液相等色谱方法分离,并通过NMR和MS等谱学技术确定结构。结果与结论:从八仙花提取物中分离得到6个酚酸类化合物,分别为香草醛(1),异香草醛(2),异香草酸甲酯(3),9-甲氧基-异丁香酚(4),香豆酸甲酯(5),对羟基苯甲醛(6)。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of the extract from the Hydrangea macrophylla (Thunb.) Ser. Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated by various isolation methods ( silica gel, ODS and HPLC column chromatography) and their structures were elucidated by the analysis of spectral data ( NMR and MS). Results and Con- clusion :Six compounds were obtained and elucidated as following: vanillin (1) , isovanillin (2) , isovanillic acid methyl ester ( 3 ), 9 - methoxy - isoeugenol (4), methyl - p - coumarate (5), 4 - hydroxybenzaldehyde (6).
