摘要
采用试管预试法和圆形滤纸层析法对北芪菇的化学成分进行检测,结果表明北芪菇中含有氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质、有机酸、多糖、生物碱、黄酮及其苷类、酚性成分、植物甾醇、三萜成分、挥发油成分。
In this paper chemical constituents of Beiqi mushrooms were analysed by pre-test tube method and round filter paper method .It was found that the Beiqi mushroom contained amino acids, peptides, proteins, organic acids, polysaccharides, alkaloids,flavonoids, phenolic compoundsplant sterols, three terpene composition, volatile oil.
