甲硝唑芬布芬胶囊中甲硝唑含量的电化学研究 被引量:1

摘要 用预镀铋膜玻碳电极,采用差分脉冲溶出伏安法测定甲硝唑芬布芬胶囊中甲硝唑的含量。预镀铋膜玻碳电极提高了甲硝唑的电化学响应,出峰好,灵敏度高,且具有较好的稳定性。实验结果表明:在支持电解质O.60mol/L的KCl和PBS(pH=7.00)中于电沉积电位为-250mV下搅拌富集120s后,可获一灵敏的阳极溶出峰,利用此法测定甲硝唑的检出限D:3.6×10-7mol/L,线性范围为(0.17~1.03)×10-3mg/mL,线性方程I=0.0891c+4×10-5,相关系数r=0.9987,相对标准偏差RSD=4.00%,样品B的加标回收率为94.18%~102.27%,结果令人满意。 The bismuth film electrode in differential pulse stripping analysis for the determintation of metronidazole in galculus boris and metronidazole capsules was proposed. The hisnmth film electrode , compared with at bare GOE , enhanced significantly, had high sensitive and displayed well- defined peak. In a supporting solution of 0.60 mol/L KCl and PBS (pH =7.00), the concentration potential of the metronidazole in - 250 mV for 120 s enhanced anodic stripping peak current. The experiment results showed a high response, a good linear range (between 0.17 mg / mL - 1.03 × 10.3 mg / mL), a good precision (RSD = 4.00%) and a low detection limit 3.6 × 10-7 mol / L. Under optimum conditions, The equation of linear regression is 1 = 0.0891c + 0.00004, correlation coefficient r = 0.9987. The recovery range from 94.18% - 102.27%, The result is satisfactory.
