幽门螺杆菌感染与2型糖尿病视网膜病变的相关性

The Association between Helicobacter Pylori Infection and Type 2 Diabetic Retinopathy

目的:探讨I型Hp感染对2型糖尿病视网膜病变的影响及感染率。方法:对130例确诊2型糖尿病患者进行眼底照相诊断,根据有无视网膜病变分为两组,70例有并发视网膜病变组(DR组)和60例无并发视网膜病变组(NDR组)及正常对照组50例,采用免疫印迹法测定有无Hp感染,对2型糖尿病患者进行血脂、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)测定。结果:130例2型糖尿患者中Hp感染者58例(44.61%),其中70例DR组中Hp感染者36例(51.42%),60例NDR组中Hp感染者22例(36.66%)。50例正常对照组中Hp感染者18例(36.00%)。DR组Hp感染率高于正常组和DR组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),NDR组与正常组Hp感染率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);DR组HbA1c、TG、CHO、LDL-C均明显高于对照组和NDR组(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者Hp感染率高于正常人,尤其是伴有视网膜病变者;Hp感染与DR、糖化血红蛋白增高、脂代谢紊乱的发生可能有一定的相关性。

Objective：To study the type I Hp infection in type 2 diabetic retinopathy and investigate infection rates of the type I Hp.Method：130 patients diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients with diagnosis of diabetes, according to whether retinopathy was divided into two groups：70 cases had concurrent retinopatby group（DR group）and 60 cases of no concurrent fox lesions group（NDR group）and normal control group 50 patients, the immunoblot method to determine whether Hp infection, in type 2 diabetes patients for blood lipid, glycated hemoglobin（HbAlc）was in statistical analysis.Resuit：130 cases of type 2 diabetes patients Hp infections 58 cases（44.61%）, 70 patients with DR group Hp infections 36 cases（51.42%）, 60 cases NDR group Hp infections 22 patients（36.66%） ; 50 cases the control group Hp infections 18 cases（36.00%）, lip infection rates of DR group higher than normal control group and NDR group（P〈0.05）, Hp infection rates of NDR group compared with normal control no difference（P〉0.05）.HbAlc, TG, CHO, LDL-C of DR group were significantly higher than those in the control group and NDR group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. with type 2 diabetes Hp infection rates higher than normal, especially those with retinopathy ; Hp infection and DR, glycated hemoglobin rising and lipid metabolism disorders may have a certain correlation occurred.
