性交后出血与宫颈病变的关系

The Relationship between Postcoital Bleeding and Cervical Lesion

目的:探讨性交后出血与宫颈病变的关系。方法:对2010年1月-2011年12月在本院就诊的165例性交后出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:所有患者均行宫颈细胞学及阴道镜检查,其中宫颈细胞学结果异常71例,阴道镜异常图像52例;125例行宫颈活检或宫颈管搔刮,组织病理结果正常24例,炎症33例,宫颈息肉20例,CINI10例,高级别CIN(≥CINII)25例,宫颈癌13例。结论:性交后出血大多为良性病变,但也潜在发生高级别CIN和宫颈癌等严重病变的风险。

Objective ：To explore the relation between postcoital bleeding（PCB） and cervical lesion.Method ：A retrospective study was conducted on 165 women with PCB from January 2010 to December 2011 in Shanxian Central Hospital.Result ：All women were evaluated by cytology and colposcopy, 71 women had abnormal cytology and 52 women had abnormal appearance on colposcopy.125 women underwent diagnostic biopsies or endocervical curettage, of these 25 patients had high grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN）（ ≥ CINII）and 13 had invasive cancer.Conclusion ：The causes of most cases of PCB are benign changes of the cervix, but women with PCB may have serious disease, such as high grade CIN and cervical cancer.
