精细化管理在ICU中心静脉导管护理中的应用

The Application of Delicacy Management in the Nursing for ICU Central Venous Catheterization Patients

目的:探讨精细化管理在ICU中心静脉导管护理中的应用效果。方法:通过精细化管理理念找准中心静脉导管护理的关键问题、薄弱环节,对相关体系进行持续改进。结果:实施精细化管理后,中心静脉导管堵塞率由原来的7.5%降至1.3%,中心静脉导管意外脱管率由8.3%降至1.5%,中心静脉导管置管部位感染率由14.7%降至5.8%,导管相关性血流感染发生率由6.2%降至3.5%,护士对护理工作的满意度由85%上升到93%。结论:在ICU中心静脉导管的护理过程中运用精细化管理,可以降低中心静脉导管护理并发症,提高护士工作满意度,提高护士的执行力和提升团队精神。

Objective ：To probe into the application effect of delicacy management adopted in the ICU central venous catheterization nursing. Method ：Depended upon the concept of delicacy management, the key problems and weak links in the central venous catheterization nursing were caught, then carry out the sustainable improvement on the relative systems.Result ：Following the implementation of delicacy management, the obstruction rate of central venous catheters had dropped from 7.5% to 1.3%;the accidental coming-off rate of central venous catheters had dropped from 8.3% to 1.5%;the infection rate of central venous catheterization part had dropped from 14.7% to 5.8% and the incidence of blood flow infection relative to central catheters had dropped from 6.2% to 3.5%.The degree of satisfaction of nurses against the nursing work had risen from 85% to 93%.Conclusion ： When the delicacy management is used in the nursing for ICU central venous catheterization patients, the nursing complications of central venous catheterization will drop and the degree of satisfaction of nurse will rise, then improving the implementation ability of nurse and boosting the team spirit.
