改良B-Lynch缝合术在剖宫产产后出血中的应用

目的:探讨改良B-Lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产术中及产后出血的应用价值。方法:对13例行剖宫产术中因宫缩乏力性引起产后出血的患者行改良B-Lynch缝合术治疗,观察疗效。结果:13例患者治疗后宫缩明显好转,出血停止,成功保留子宫,术后无并发症。结论:改良B-Lynch缝合术具有操作简单、止血迅速可靠、成功率高、且能保留子宫等优点,是治疗剖宫产产后出血的一种安全有效措施。

Objective： To discuss the value of the improved B -lynch surgical technique in postpartum hemorrhagelV[ethod ：The improved B-lynch surgical technique in 13 cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients due to uterine inertia.Result：The effect of B-lynch surgical technique in postpartum hemorrhage was ideal, 13 cases of treatment of patients with uterine contraction after a significant improvement, bleeding stops, successfully retain the uterus, no complications after surgery. Conclusion：The improved B -lynch surgical technique is simple to operate, high success rate, reliable, and stops bleeding fast, and has an advantage of retaining uterus. It is a safe and effective treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of Cesarean tneasure~
