自制双腔引流管在腹部吻合手术中应用的意义

The Significance of Application on Self-restraint of Two Cavity Drainage Tube in Alimentary Canal Coincide of Web Operation

目的:探讨应用自制双腔引流管在腹部消化道吻合手术中预防冲洗引流的作用和优点。方法:用10号脑室引流管套入剪去短臂的T管制成双腔引流管,将其放置于667例腹部消化道吻合口下方进行预防性冲洗引流,回顾分析其临床资料。结果:术后均引流通畅,无放置引流管后引起的并发症,5例吻合口瘘的患者获得满意的灌洗引流。经全身支持等综合治疗,瘘口在1个月内一期愈合。结论:在腹部消化道吻合口下方应用双腔引流管进行预防性冲洗引流,安全,有效,且双腔管制作简单,取材方便,易于推广应用。

Objective：To explore the affect and advantage of using selfrestraint of two cavity drainage tube to prevent drainage in alimentary canal coincide of web operation. Method：Use No.10 ventricle drainage tube cover the clip T tube to make the two cavity drainage tube, put those under the alimentary canal coincide of 667 case of web operation are in progress prevention of drainage ; Retrospective analysis of the clinical date. Result：Unobstructed drainage after those operation, which have not occurred complication after place the drainage tube.5 cases of coincide leakage get satisfactory lavage and drainage. By systemic supportive care of comprehensive treatment, the leakage had heal in one month. Conclusion：Use self restraint of two cavity drainage tube to prevention of drainage under the alimentary canal coincide of web operation has a good and safe clinical effect. Two cavity drainage tube not only producing simple but also easily obtained, which easy to spread and apply.
