Abstract. Management is unique to human life. Enhancing management of university work is a long term requirement. It is of important practical meaning to strengthen of the content management. Higher ed ucation is an important part of the work of building a harmonious society. Therefore, it can help with the rapid development of our harmonious society to strengthen of university content management and make im provement and innovation in harmonious management, scientific management and humanistic management. In addition, it can also help achieve the sustainable and healthy development of higher education, promote the level of management, and push forward the building of a powerful higher education system.
