健脾解毒汤配合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌的临床研究

Clinical research on treating advanced colorectal cancer with the Jianpi Jiedu decoction plus chemotherapy

目的:观察健脾解毒汤配合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌的临床疗效。方法:将60例晚期大肠癌患者随机分成两组各30例,两组均采用相同的FOLFOX治疗方案。治疗组同时加用健脾解毒汤治疗。两组均3周为1个周期,2个周期评价疗效。观察两组治疗前后Karnofsky评分,体重、食欲、睡眠改善情况及不良反应。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为40.%、33.3%(P<0.05);中位肿瘤进展时间(TTP)分别为9.3个月、8.5个月(P>0.05);治疗组食量、睡眠改善率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后体重、Karnofsky(KPS)评分高于治疗前(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应程度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾解毒汤配合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌能改善患者临床症状、减轻不良反应,提高生活质量、延长生存期。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the Jianpi Jiedu decoction plus chemotherapy on treating advanced colorectal cancer. Methods： 60 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases for each, both groups used the same FOLFOX regimens. The treatment group was added in the Jianpi Jiedu decoction treatment. Both groups were 3 weeks of a cycle, after two cycles, the efficacy were evaluated. Karnofsky score before and after treatments, body weight, appetite, sleep improvement and adverse reactions were observed. Results： The total effective rate of the two groups respectively was 40.% and 33.3% （P〈0.05）; The median time to tumor progression （TTP） respectively was 9.3 months, 8.5 months （P〉0.05）; food intake, sleep improvement rate of the treatment group respectively was higher （P〈0.05）; Weight, Karnofsky score after treatment was higher than that before treatment （P〈0.05）. Differences between the control group were not statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the adverse effects of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Jianpi Jiedu decoction plus chemotherapy could improve the clinical symptoms, and reduce adverse reactions, and improve the quality of life and prolong survival.
