化瘀通络方联合E光治疗对黄褐斑患者LPO、SOD的影响

Affect of the Huayu Tongluo recipe plus E-Light against patients with melasma LPO,SOD

目的:观察中药化瘀通络方配合E光对黄褐斑患者脂质过氧化物(LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法:60例黄褐斑患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,采用自拟化瘀通络方配合E光治疗。对照组30例,口服维生素C、维生素E,同时采用E光治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率86.67%,明显优于对照组(53.33%),有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后LPO明显降低(P<0.01),SOD明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:自拟化瘀通络方配合E光治疗黄褐斑,具有抗氧化、清除自由基的作用,起到治疗黄褐斑的作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of the Huayu Tongluo recipe plus E-Light on lipoperoxide （LPO） and Superoxide dismutase （SOD） in chloasma patients. Methods： 60 cases of chloasma were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group （n=30） was treated by the Huayu TongLuo recipe plus E-Light therapy; and the control group of 30cases of patient were given VitC and VitE orally plus E-Light therapy for treatment. Results： In the treatment group, the total efficiency was 86.67%, was higher than the control group （53.33%）, with statistical significance （P〈0.01）. The treatment group after treatment, the LPO was significantly lower （P〈0.01）, SOD was significantly increased （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Huayu TongLuo recipe plus E-Light therapy has better efficacy for chloasma.
