摘要
目的:观察止嗽散加减配合西药治疗儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘(CVA)的疗效。方法:将120例CVA患儿随机分为两组:治疗组采用普米克、酮替酚以及口服中药治疗,对照组不用中药治疗。结果:治疗总有效率93%,对照组总有效率73%,两组比较P<0.01;中医证候疗效比较:治疗组总有效率97%,对照组效率47%,两组比较P<0.01。随访9个月,治疗组复发率为5%,对照组复发率为20%,两组比较P<0.05。结论:止嗽散加减配合西药治疗儿童CVA疗效确切,复发率低,值得临床应用。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of Zhike San plus modem medicine on treating CVA in children. Methods： 120 cases of CVA in children were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group were treated with pulmicort, ketotifen and oral medicine treatment, control group without the TCM treatment. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 93% and the control group was 73%, the results of the comparison was P〈0.01; TCM syndrome efficacy comparison： The total effective rate was 97% in the treatment group and 47% in control group, the result of comparison was P〈0.01. Follow-up 9 months, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 5%, and 20% in the control group, the results of the comparison was P〈0.05. Conclusion： The efficacy of Zhike San plus modem medicine on treating CVA in children was curative, low recurrence rate, worthy of clinical application.
