胃舒宝治疗湿热型胃窦炎临床观察

Clinical observation on treating hot and humid type of antral gastritis with Wei Shu Bao

目的:观察胃舒宝对湿热型胃窦炎的临床效果。方法:选择胃窦炎证属湿热型的患者,随机分为两组,治疗组口服胃舒宝,观察组口服奥美拉唑胶囊,治疗8周后,对临床主要症状、胃镜检查结果进行比较、分析。结果:治疗组与对照组主要临床症状、胃镜检查等观察项目较治疗前均有明显改善,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃舒宝治疗湿热型胃窦炎疗效肯定,且安全性好,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Wei Shu Bao on treating hot and humid type of antral gastritis. Methods： Patients with hot and humid type of antral gastritis were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was treated with Wei Shu Bao, observation group was treated with omeprazole capsules, after 8 weeks of treatment, the main clinical symptoms and endoscopy results were compared and analysed. Results： The main clinical symptoms and endoscopy results in the treatment group and control group were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of Wei Shu Bao on treating hot and humid type of antral gastritis is positive, has no significant adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
